In the middle of January, I was invited to Danny Koh and Justine Toh’s wedding dinner at the Avillion Legacy Melaka. It was a very sweet wedding dinner especially when the photo slideshow from the time they met and shared every special moments together was presented to the guests.

Food photography for Ke Man Lou restaurant at Melaka Raya
Last weekend I was invited to snap photos for the menu of Ke Man Lou restaurant （客满楼）and also to have lunch with the Celine and staff there.
The Chinese restaurant, Ke Man Lou is located on the main road of Melaka Raya, opposite to the OSK stockbroking firm and next to the Guardian pharmacy of Melaka Raya.
There were 18 dishes nicely prepared and garnished by the chef, Zhi Ming (translation). Some of those are in the menu whereas some of the new dishes would be added to the menu.
春暖人间、家家贴春联已经迈入第7届了。自沈老离世之后，我们仍可感受到他的精神，马六甲的书法风气犹在。
上个星期六是庚寅年“春暖人间、家家贴春联”的开幕。这个活动在马六甲的鸡场街举行了开笔仪式。多位国内书法家在鸡场街街头挥写出3幅长15呎的榜书，吸引许多人的围观。虽然我之后才来到了那里，没有看到朋友张梓毫还有几位名书法家的挥毫，却赶得及见识到朋友10岁的汤耀坤挥毫。他所写出的“龙腾虎跃”，一笔一画的刚劲，丝毫不逊色于大人。同时，我也见到了友族同胞小朋友对中华文化的热爱，写出的字漂亮的令人惊叹。
现场也义卖名家书法作品，為峇章圣约翰洗肾中心筹募运作经费。过去六年，这个活动已经筹得10万零吉的善款，捐献给慈善机构。现场我也见识到宋群礼老先生，还有许多男女性名书法家的挥毫写春联和义卖。据知今年至今，多位书法家，包括小朋友们，义务挥写8000余幅春联。
Congratulation to the opening of Skinny Yogurt!
Last Saturday it was the opening of Skinny Yogurt at the 2nd level of Dataran Pahlawan shopping mall, Melaka. My friend and I were invited by Danny to the opening and it really surprised us with the cool and fresh looking design of the kiosk. Danny was behind the kiosk together with his sister, Ann and a lovely employee, Siew Huei greeting us and serving us the tempting frozen yogurt.

Leopard: What's that?
Last sunday, photonian organised a shooting at the Zoo of Melaka, Air Keroh. Nine of us went there for 2 hours during the evening. It was really a good time to shoot the animals because the slumberous animals became active during evening.
Telephoto lens are essential for shooting wildlife. In this case, I had to stand as close as possible to the animals to have a better shot with my kit lens.
