Bridal portrait with Jess and Einstein in Melaka

Celebrating Jess & Einstein

Nothing is more fun taking  the wedding portrait of Jess and Einstein together with Jess’s family. Both Jess and Einstein are from Singapore and tied the knot in Singapore. However some of Jess’s relatives are staying in Melaka so both of them decided to have a simple tea ceremony and dinner for their relatives especially grannys who were inconvenient to travel to Singapore for their wedding.

Having a simple ceremony, Jess requested for an outdoor portrait session with her family before the ceremony. We headed to the heart of Melaka town and started the session. Drizzling didn’t stop us from having the fun at all. They were so sporting and non-stop making joke and teasing each other even the parents. There were the clicks of shutters and lots of laughs.

Jess loves the beach so much which made Klebang Beach our next shooting location. Though it was cloudy it didn’t rain when we arrived at the beach, it was cooling! Thank God, luck was on our side. We had another wonderful session with again filled with lots of fun.

Jess and Einstein, thank you both so much for inviting us to be your wedding photographers. Congratulation and we wish you a lifetime of happiness together now and forever!

Here are just a few favorites from the gorgeous day. WelcomEE May!

Xuan-Er

During Chinese New Year, Kenn-Wai and I went for an outdoor portrait shooting of Xuan-Er, a friend of Kenn to resume our photography job for this new year. It had been a year since I photographed model so I had to thank Kenn for making the arrangement.

The weather on that day was very good, bright and sunny, which was very suitable for outdoor. So we went a paddy field away from town with Xuan-Er and began the session.

Xuan-Er had a simple and milky white wedding gown on and she looked gorgeous. Although she wasn’t feeling good, she did a fabulous job and gave us her very best in the shooting. We really appreciated everything.

The shooting went well and we stopped after sunset. Thanks to Kenn and Xuan-Er for the great time together we had.

Sharing some of the shots. May all beings be happy.

Prewedding - Tong Poh-Ling and Goh Seng-Chin

Congratulation to Tong Poh-Ling (Pohling) and Goh Seng-Chin (Goh) who just got married early this month!

Last month before the two tied the knot, photographers like Kenn-Wai, Fred, Angel Wee, Hanne, Andrew Gan, Angela Gan and I decided to give Pohling and Goh a special gift. We would like to present them a prewedding album in which photos shot and compiled by us.

Each of the guys has their unique style in shooting. Thus I was excited that I could join the session together because it was a good opportunity to learn them. We met out for a discussion as always before the shooting, planned a two-day sessions and selected a few venues in Melaka for making the photo album. Each would need to contribute a few shots and teamwork makes the dream work.

That morning, Pohling looked absolutely fabulous and Goh was just charming. We were all geared up. Although I spent half a day with the beautiful couples and fun-loving photographers, we enjoyed the session together so much. As for the outcome, I was fascinated by the way all of them worked and how they produced their images. There were so much things that I learned from the guys.

Thank you guys for the wonderful time and happy married life to Pohling and Goh. I hope you hold each other close in best or bad times and have trust and faith all the way.

May all beings be happy. Sharing some of my shots of Pohling and Goh’s prewedding:
