Every year, thousands of people risk their lives crossing the Gulf of Aden to escape from conflict, violence, persecution, and poverty in the Horn of Africa. With the escalation of fighting in Somalia and a growing food crisis in the Horn of Africa, more and more refugees will embark on the perilous journey by boat to yemen.
